Build in public
What we shipped, week by week.
New features, newest first. Each update says plainly whether it is live today or still rolling out.
Oct 23, 2026
Tell us what broke or what you want, from any page, and vote on what we build nextLive
- A Feedback button sits on every page of the console. Report a problem or suggest a feature without leaving what you were doing.
- Problem reports include a screenshot of the page, which you can retake, remove or replace, and up to 3 images of your own. The screenshot is not taken automatically on pages that show passwords or keys.
- Reports also include the page's recent errors and requests, so we can find the cause without asking you to repeat the steps. Passwords, tokens and keys are removed before anything is sent. "What we'll send" shows exactly what goes, and you can leave the technical details out.
- Error details now include a reference code ("Ref: …"). Quote it in a report and we can find the exact request in our logs.
- Suggestions go on a public board that every beta user can see. Vote for the ideas you want first; the board shows each idea's status (planned, in progress, done). It only shows the idea and the author's name, never emails, screenshots or logs. Problem reports are never public.
- "My feedback" lists everything you have sent, with its status and our replies.

Fixes from a full walk-through of the console: safer deletes, an editor that stays put, plain-language errorsLive
- Deleting a hosted site now runs in the background. The card shows "Deleting…" and disappears when it is done; if deleting fails, the card says so in plain words with a Retry button. Deleting or disconnecting a site asks you to type its name first.
- The post editor stays on the page after you press Update, so you can keep editing. Edit from any content list opens the full editor. If a site has no SEO plugin, the SEO panel says so instead of showing an error, and hosted sites get an "Install Rank Math" button right there.
- Hosted sites can install plugins from wordpress.org, with a restore point taken first. The plugins and themes panel on hosted sites loads much faster (2 server calls instead of 12).
- Security scans now keep flagging a new administrator account until you review it, even after a rescan. From the finding you can open the account details, remove it in WordPress, or mark it as trusted (you type the login to confirm).
- Hosted sites refuse to serve backup and database files (.bak, .sql and similar) left in the web folder.
- Errors read as plain sentences. Technical details stay one click away under "Technical details", and messages the server writes for you (for example why a domain was rejected) are shown as written.
- Vulnerability rows open the fix right there. A site whose last check is old, or that is down, shows "Not checked recently" instead of a green tick. The activity log reads as sentences, and on phones every page is reachable from a "More" menu.
- Fixed: every console tab was titled "Sign in". Tabs now show the page you are on.

EmDash and Astro sites join WordPress, and every site page now starts with what needs fixingLive
- You can now connect EmDash sites. Enter the site address and sign in once on your EmDash site; choose full access (content plus menus, redirects, comments, users, plugins and backups) or content only. Then write, edit, schedule, publish and unpublish posts from Vibery or your AI tool, and upload images that land in the site's own media library.
- You can now connect Astro sites whose posts live in a GitHub project. Install the Vibery app on the repository and pick it. Vibery reads the content rules your site already uses (required fields, dates, images, links to other posts) and checks every edit against them before saving, so an edit never breaks your site's build. Each change is saved as one commit; choose to publish directly or to propose changes as a pull request. Vibery shows when your host has finished publishing (for hosts that report back to GitHub, such as Cloudflare, Vercel and Netlify), and you can undo any change Vibery made.
- Astro posts open in the same editor as WordPress and EmDash posts. Parts of a post you don't touch are saved back byte for byte, so fixing a typo never reformats the rest of the file.
- A site's Overview now lists everything that needs your attention, most urgent first: site down, infected files, security holes, failed backups, updates waiting, an expiring padlock (https), a broken connection, a failed publish. Each one has a single button that fixes it right there, and "Options" opens the details without leaving the page.
- Long lists are now split into pages and searchable: security findings (with filters by severity, "select all" and setting files aside in one go, with one restore point for the whole batch), plugins (with a filter and "needs action first" order), backups, restore points, outages, blocked visitors and update history.
- My sites shows WordPress, EmDash and Astro sites together, each with its platform, and can filter by platform.
- Fixed: since Oct 15, signing in to the console could show the permission picker meant for AI tools, with only "view" ticked. Approving it left the console unable to change anything. The console now signs in with your full access, still limited by your role in the workspace. AI tools keep the picker.

Editing real posts feels like a document, not HTMLLive
- "Edit" on a post or page now opens the full editor (text formatting, categories and tags, SEO, status) instead of a box of raw HTML.
- Posts written in Google Docs or the classic WordPress editor now open as normal text you can edit. Before, bold headings, centered or justified paragraphs, custom fonts and images often showed up as HTML blocks. On 120 real articles from a customer site, the share of classic-post content stuck in HTML blocks went from 78% to 4% (what is left: tables, image captions, galleries and a few paragraphs that mix an image with text).
- Paragraph alignment (left, center, right, justify) is now a button in the editor. Text set in a special font on your site keeps that font when you edit it; the editor marks it with a dotted underline so you know it is styled.
- Parts you don't edit are saved back exactly as they were, so your site's layout and formatting never shift because you fixed a typo. In a paragraph you do edit, the text, links and formatting stay the same; only the HTML behind it may be tidied.
- The shop menu fits on one line: Orders (with payments and shipping), Products, Customers, Marketing (coupons, sales, reviews), Reports and Settings. Links you saved before still open the same page.
- Fixed: if you had already claimed your free Vibery Connect licence, asking again showed an error. It now finds your existing licence and shows it, without creating a new order.

Pages for stores and agencies, ChatGPT connection steps, and storage limits for beta storesLive
- Behind the scenes, we now run the beta from a separate operator area: every workspace, its sites, members, plan and usage in one place. It is only for Vibery staff, every change made there is logged, and it never shows inside your workspace.
- If a workspace ever has to be paused (for example, abuse), its logins, AI connections and automations stop with a clear message, while its websites keep running for visitors.
- Two new pages explain what Vibery does for you, by problem rather than by feature: one for WooCommerce stores (/for/ecommerce) and one for SEO and marketing agencies that publish across many client sites (/for/agencies).
- The connection guide now covers the Claude app and ChatGPT as well as Claude Code. All of them use the same address, the same email sign-in and the same approval screen.
- We fixed how our server tells AI apps where to sign in, following the current standard, so stricter apps such as ChatGPT can find it.
- Beta stores get a storage plan: per site, we keep a fast copy of up to 30,000 products and 250,000 orders. Past that (with 10% extra for 7 days), we keep what we already have, stop adding more, and tell you. Your store itself is never limited.
- The over-limit message now says exactly that, instead of promising behaviour we do not have.
Oct 15, 2026 (night)
Each site gets an access level, and hosted sites are walled off from each otherLive
- Every site now has an access level: read only, read and edit, or full. A read-only site refuses any change, whether it comes from you, an AI tool or an automation; read and edit allows updating existing content but not creating, deleting or updating plugins. You pick it when you connect a site and can change it in the site's settings. Only the site's owner or an admin can change it, and every change is recorded.
- Automatic updates skip a site that is not set to full.
- The sign-in and approval screens are now in Vietnamese by default, with English available.
- Sites we host now each run on their own private network. A site can reach its own database and the internet, but not our systems or any other customer's site. Each site also has a cap on memory, CPU and processes, so one busy site cannot slow down the others.
- Our database admin access no longer uses an all-powerful account: sites are created with an account that can only manage site databases.
- Restoring a backup now waits for the site to come back up instead of sometimes reporting an error after a restore that worked. When you delete a hosted site, its backups are kept for 14 days in case you change your mind.
Oct 15, 2026 (evening)
You choose what an AI tool may do, and on which sitesLive
- When you connect an AI tool (Claude, for example) to Vibery, the approval screen now asks what it may do: read, content, shop, updates and backups, security, and a separate, clearly marked group for destructive actions such as deleting a site or restoring a backup. Only "read" is ticked by default.
- The same screen lets you pick which of your sites the tool can reach. It cannot touch a site you did not pick, and it cannot do more than you allowed, even if it asks.
- We tested this against the real connection paths: a read-only tool is refused when it tries to delete a site, and a tool limited to one site gets "no such site" for the others. Connections made before today keep working exactly as before.
- The approval screen is in English only for now.
- Fixed: asking the AI connection for its list of available actions could fail because of one malformed entry. It now returns the full list.

Exports in seconds, and big changes that run in the backgroundLive
- Exports and sales previews now read from our copy of your store instead of paging through WooCommerce. On a store with 79,354 products and variations, the full export takes 16.8 seconds (about 608 seconds before), and a sales preview for one category takes 0.5 seconds (it was 5).
- Big changes now run in the background. The screen answers in under 2 seconds, a progress bar fills while you keep working, you can stop after the current batch, and you can undo what was done.
- A second big change started while one is running is refused with a clear message instead of queueing behind it, and a bad row (an unknown or duplicated product) is rejected before anything is written.
- Sites we host keep the Vibery plugin up to date by themselves: a new release is picked up within about 30 minutes.
- New post: "Exporting 79,354 products in 17 seconds, and editing 500 in 8", with the real numbers and what we did not manage to speed up. Read it at /posts/woocommerce-export-and-bulk-edit-speed.

Big stores stay fast: the orders list opens in 37 ms on 400,000 ordersLive
- On a store with 400,000 orders, the orders list now opens in 37 ms (it was 994 ms). Search takes 91 ms (was 1,386), page 150 takes 54 ms (was 1,342), and customer segment counts take 45 ms (was 1,257). With 100 requests sent 20 at a time, the slowest 5% now wait 1.4 seconds instead of 13. We measured it ourselves and wrote up the full numbers.
- The cause was a slow lookup that sorted every order each time the list opened. It is fixed.
- When a live read from your store takes too long, you now see a clear "took too long" message instead of a generic error.
- The first sync of a very large store is now polite to your server: one kind of data at a time, and it pauses when your server is busy. 400,000 orders synced in 82 minutes on a shared server, and a 265,000-product catalog in 23 minutes.
- New post: "400,000 orders, searched in under a second", with the full benchmark, including what we have not measured yet. Read it at /posts/woocommerce-400k-orders-benchmark.

Much faster shop screens, live updates, and WordPress updates for connected sitesLive
- Shop screens now open instantly from a saved copy and refresh quietly in the background. A small "Updated 2 min ago · Refresh" note shows how fresh it is. The sales list went from about 2.6 seconds to a fraction of a second in our test.
- Open the shop and changes made in WordPress, like a new order or a stock change, appear on their own within seconds, without reloading. The Vibery Connect plugin keeps a tiny change log, so Site Manager only asks "anything new?" instead of re-reading your whole store. It checks more often while you are looking and backs off on busy or slow hosts.
- You can now update WordPress itself on sites you connected (not only the ones we host), from the same side panel. We ask you to confirm you have a host backup first, because we cannot take one there, and we never roll back by ourselves: if something looks wrong you choose what to do. Needs Vibery Connect 1.5.0, which is now released.
Oct 14, 2026 (end of day)
Store settings in plain words, and notes that stay in WordPressLive
- A Store settings tab with five cards: shipping, tax, payments, currency and shop details, and order emails. Each opens in a side panel, shows what will change before you save, warns you in plain language if a change could hurt checkout, and has one-click undo.
- Vietnam VAT 8% or 10% is one click. Cash on delivery and bank transfer can be switched on and off without leaving Site Manager.
- Customer notes and tags are now saved in your WordPress store itself, so they stay with your site. Site Manager only reads and edits them.
Oct 14, 2026 (late night)
Know your customersLive
- A customer list with tabs for everyone, bought, not yet bought and new this month, plus sorting by top spenders. Guests who checked out without an account are included.
- Click a customer to see their contact details, addresses, lifetime spend, every order (each opens in place), and a private note and tags only you can see.
- Edit a customer's details with undo, email or call them in one tap, and download their data or the whole filtered list as a spreadsheet.
Oct 14, 2026 (night)
Coupons, sales and reviews, managed from one placeLive
- Coupons: a searchable list with Active, Scheduled and Expired tabs. Build a coupon in plain words (percent or fixed, minimum spend, usage limit, expiry) and see the rule summarised in one sentence before saving. Duplicate a coupon, or end or delete many at once, with undo.
- Sales: run a sale across chosen products or a whole category. You see the new price of every product before anything changes, then apply it. One click undoes the whole sale, or ends it early.
- Reviews: approve, reject, spam or reply as the store, one by one or in bulk, with a badge showing how many are waiting.
Oct 14, 2026 (evening)
Stock history, low-stock emails, and product importLive
- Every stock change made in Site Manager is recorded: who changed it, when, and the before and after. See it in the product panel, per variation too.
- Set your low-stock level once per site and get one email when products drop below it, not one per sale. A new Stock view lists what is low or sold out, with a quick "add stock" box.
- Export your products to a spreadsheet in the standard WooCommerce layout, including variations.
- Import products from a spreadsheet safely: we match your columns (Vietnamese headers work), show a preview of what will be created, updated or skipped, run it in batches, and list any rows with problems. If it is not what you wanted, one click undoes the whole import.
Oct 14, 2026
Fulfil orders from start to finishLive
- Every order shows a simple progress: paid, shipped, delivered, with one button for the next step. Add a carrier and tracking number when you ship, and the customer gets the tracking link.
- Refund part of an order by item or by amount, edit the delivery address or phone, and cancel with a reason.
- Print an invoice or packing slip for one order, or select many and print them in one go.
- The orders list filters by status, date, payment method and search, loads one page at a time, and exports the filtered orders to a spreadsheet.
Oct 13, 2026 (night)
Update WordPress itself, with a way backLive
- For sites we host, WordPress core can now be updated from the health table or the Plugins & themes tab. A pre-check shows the new version, whether your PHP and plugins are ready, and whether your shop has taken orders.
- A restore point is taken first and the site is checked afterwards. If the update breaks something and nothing was lost, it is undone automatically.
- If undoing would lose recent orders, we never roll back silently: you choose between restoring (and see how many orders it would cost) or keeping the update and fixing forward. Major versions always ask for confirmation.
Oct 13, 2026 (evening)
Manage products without leaving the listLive
- Click any product to edit it in a side panel: name, price, sale price and schedule, photos, stock, status, categories, tags and SKU. Changes save safely, and if someone else edited the product meanwhile you see both versions before choosing.
- Add a product in three fields (name, price, photo). For products with options, name the options once and we create every variation for you, then set prices and stock per variation.
- Duplicate a product, or move it to the trash and undo it right away.
- Filter your catalog by category, type, price and stock, and select many products to publish, hide, trash, change category, adjust prices by a percentage or amount (with a preview), or set stock.
- A banner tells you which products are low on stock or sold out, and one click filters the list to them.
Oct 13, 2026
One answer on vulnerabilities, and fixes right where you see the problemLive
- The Security tab now shows known plugin, theme and WordPress vulnerabilities next to the malware scan, so it can no longer say "no problems" while an alert email says otherwise. The email, the Plugins tab, the health table and the Security tab all read the same result.
- In the multi-site health table, every badge (updates waiting, vulnerabilities, backup, scan, uptime) opens a side panel with the details and the fix: update a plugin, update to the fixed version, back up now, or scan now.
- The Media library is rebuilt: grid or list with previews, search and filters, file size and dimensions, bulk actions, and a detail panel.
- Long lists now load one page at a time from the server, so large sites stay fast.
- A paid WooCommerce order now reads "Paid · to fulfil" instead of "Processing".
Oct 12, 2026
Teams, and security for hosted sitesLive
- Team access: invite people by email, give each person only the sites and actions they need, group sites per client, and let writers draft without publishing. Each member shows when they were last active.
- Switch between workspaces with one sign-in. Invite links open a simple join page and only take effect when you click them.
- Two-step sign-in, login protection and lockouts now work on sites we host too. Protections that our hosting always enforces show as always on.
- Our WordPress plugin is now called Vibery Connect. One click installs it on a hosted site when a feature needs it.
- Safe updates, automatic updates, vulnerability alerts, the security center, uptime monitoring and the multi-site health table are now switched on for every account.
- The health table fills in outdated plugins on its own, and malware scans no longer flag a standard hosting file as suspicious.
Oct 10, 2026 (evening)
Safer plugin updates and a real security centerLive
- Undo that really undoes: rolling back a plugin or theme change now brings back the exact files, checks the site afterwards, and tells you honestly if something did not come back.
- Safe updates: every update checks your home page, key pages, checkout and admin before and after. If an update breaks the site, it is rolled back automatically, without touching your orders.
- Vulnerability alerts: every plugin shows Vulnerable, No known issues, or Unknown, with one-click updates to the fixed version and one alert per new issue.
- Security center: one-click quarantine for malicious files (reversible for 30 days), detection of tampered plugin files, your own IP blocks, a log of blocked visits, and login protection you cannot lock yourself out of.
- Two-step sign-in for WordPress admins, with recovery codes and a reset button.
- Uptime monitoring with down and back-up alerts by email and Telegram, plus a monthly report you can share with your client.
- Preview drafts in one click, and connect a site once to turn on every feature.
- Automatic updates on your schedule: security fixes only, minor updates, or everything, inside a maintenance window, always through safe updates, with a summary after each run.
- Manage many sites at once: one health table for all your sites, then update or scan the ones you pick, with live progress and a stop button.
Oct 10, 2026
A content editor that respects your WordPressLive
- Open and edit any existing post or page, whether it was written in the block editor or the classic editor, without losing a single block of its formatting.
- Edit images, galleries, tables, buttons, columns, quotes, FAQs and embeds right in place. The result stays fully compatible with the WordPress block editor.
- Pages built with Elementor, Divi, WPBakery and other page builders are protected: we never touch their layout, while you can still edit the title, link, SEO and status.
- Writing that feels fast: type / to add any block, drag blocks to reorder, paste cleanly from Google Docs or Word, and drop images straight in to upload them.
- Never lose work: automatic saving, full revision history with a side-by-side comparison, and one-click restore.
- Manage many posts at once: find and replace across posts with a preview first, change status, categories or author in bulk, and undo it all in one click. Posts someone edited in the meantime are left alone.
- Your AI agent works the same way: it can read a post block by block and change just one paragraph, button or heading, while everything else stays exactly as it was.
Week of Oct 5, 2026

- Full post and page editor: write, format, add images, set the SEO title, description and social image, and schedule publishing.
- Manage plugins and themes for every site from one place: update, activate or switch theme, with a restore point and one-click undo before each change.
- Security center: scans your site files and database for malware and backdoors, alerts you when something new appears, and keeps a scan history.
- IP blocking: block attackers yourself, keep your own IP always allowed, and automatically pre-block known bad IPs from trusted threat lists.
- Site hardening: login brute-force protection, rate limiting and safer default settings, switched on per site.
- Connect sites with a custom or hidden admin login address, WordPress in a subfolder, or plain permalinks.
