For WooCommerce stores · closed beta

Run a big store without holding your breath.See every change before it lands. Undo it in one click.

Vibery Sites sits next to your WooCommerce store and takes the heavy, risky work off it: big lists, bulk edits, sales, imports, updates. Your store stays on WordPress. You stay in charge of every change.

Closed beta, invite only. Free while it lasts. Works with any WooCommerce store, on our hosting or yours.

The daily grind

The admin should not be the slowest part of your shop.

These are the things store owners tell us cost them hours every week.

The orders screen takes forever to open, and search is worse.Store with years of orders

Order lists that open instantly, even at 400,000 orders.

Open, filter and search orders without the spinner. Jump to page 150 and it opens in 54 ms (was 1,342). With 20 requests at a time, the slowest 5% wait 1.4 seconds instead of 13.

The first sync is polite: one kind of data at a time, pausing when your server is busy. 400,000 orders synced in 82 minutes on a shared server. Read the full benchmark.

37 msto open the orders list on a store with 400,000 orders (it was 994 ms). Search: 91 ms (was 1,386).Measured on our own test store on one shared server. Your numbers will differ.

We keep a synced copy of your orders on our side, so lists and search never wait on your server. New orders and stock changes show up within seconds.

I changed prices on 500 products and the screen froze. Then I wasn't sure what actually saved.Bulk edits

Bulk changes run in the background. Stop them. Undo them.

Publish, hide, re-categorise, change prices by a percentage or an amount, or set stock on many products at once. You see the result before you apply it, and one click takes it back.

1.6 sfor the screen to answer a 500-product change (it used to freeze for 17 s). Stopped at 200 of 500, undo put those 200 back exactly. That is how fast the screen answers, not a promise that the whole job is 10x faster. We save through WooCommerce itself, so your caches, search and other plugins see every change.

A progress bar fills while you keep working. Bad rows are rejected before anything is written. A second big change can't start on top of the first.

Exporting my catalog hangs, so I just stopped doing it.Reports and backups

A full catalog export in seconds, not a coffee break.

Export products, the orders you filtered, or your customer list to a spreadsheet whenever you need it. The numbers, and what we could not speed up.

16.8 sto export 79,354 products and variations (about 608 s the old way).On our test store. The first export right after a very large change can take much longer while our copy catches up; we saw that once.

Exports read from our copy of your store. The file uses the standard WooCommerce layout, variations included.

Importing a spreadsheet is a leap of faith. If it goes wrong, it goes wrong on 2,000 products.Imports

See what an import will do, then undo it if you don't like it.

No more half-finished imports you have to clean up by hand.

1 clickundoes the whole import.

We match your columns (Vietnamese headers work), preview what will be created, updated or skipped, run it in batches and list any rows with problems.

Shipping orders means clicking through five screens per order.Fulfilment

Paid, shipped, delivered. One button for the next step.

A paid order reads “Paid · to fulfil”, not “Processing”. Filter by status, date, payment method or search, and export what you filtered.

Bulk printinvoices and packing slips for many orders in one go.

Add a carrier and tracking number when you ship and the customer gets the tracking link. Refund part of an order by item or amount, fix an address, or cancel with a reason.

The risky moments

Change things without breaking checkout.

Most store disasters start with one small change. Here every change shows you what it will do first, and has a way back.

Last time I ran a 10% sale I found out afterwards it hit the wrong products.Sales and coupons

Preview the new price of every product before the sale goes live.

Coupons get the same care: build one in plain words (percent or fixed, minimum spend, usage limit, expiry) and read the rule back in one sentence before you save.

0.5 sto preview a sale on one category (about 5 s before). 200 hand-picked products: 0.33 s.Measured on our own test store on one shared server. Your numbers will differ.

Pick products or a whole category, check the new prices, apply. End the sale early or undo the whole thing in one click.

A plugin update broke checkout and I only found out from an angry customer.Updates

Updates that check checkout, and roll back on their own.

WordPress itself can be updated too. On sites we host, a restore point is taken first; if undoing would cost recent orders, we never roll back silently: you choose. On sites hosted elsewhere, we ask you to confirm you have a host backup and never roll back by ourselves.

Orders keptIf an update breaks the site, it is rolled back automatically without touching your orders.

Before and after every plugin or theme update we check your home page, key pages, checkout and admin. Turn on automatic updates for security fixes, minor versions or everything, inside a maintenance window you choose.

I'm scared to touch shipping or tax settings. What if checkout stops working?Store settings

Shipping, tax, payments and emails, in plain words.

No more digging through WooCommerce settings tabs you don't fully understand.

1 clickto set Vietnam VAT at 8% or 10%. Cash on delivery and bank transfer switch on and off right there.

Five cards: shipping, tax, payments, currency and shop details, order emails. Each shows what will change, warns you in plain language if checkout could break, and has one-click undo.

My store got hacked once. I still don't know how.Security

Know about malware and weak plugins before your customers do.

One answer across email, the plugins list and the security tab, so it can't say “all clear” in one place and “vulnerable” in another.

30 daysto change your mind: quarantine is reversible.

We scan files and the database for malware and backdoors, flag tampered plugin files, and alert you when a plugin has a known vulnerability, with the fixed version one click away. Block attackers by IP, pre-block known bad IPs, and add two-step sign-in for admins.

Knowing your store

Answers, not detective work.

Stock is wrong again and nobody knows who changed it.Stock

Every stock change has a name and a time on it.

Who changed it, when, and the before and after, per variation. One low-stock email when a product drops below your level, not one per sale.

Set your low-stock level once per site. The Stock view lists what is low or sold out, with a quick “add stock” box.

WooCommerce can't even tell me who my best customers are.Customers

A real customer list, with guests included.

Tabs for everyone, bought, not yet bought and new this month. Sort by top spenders. Each customer shows every order and lifetime spend.

Private notes and tags are saved in your WordPress store itself, so they stay with your shop if you ever leave us.

Reviews pile up because moderating them is a chore.Reviews

Clear the review queue in a minute.

Approve, reject, mark as spam or reply as the store, one by one or in bulk. A badge shows how many are waiting.

Your AI assistant

Let AI help with the store, on your terms.

I'd love AI to write product copy and run reports, but I'm not letting it near my live store.AI with limits

You decide what it may do, and on which store.

We tested it on the real connection paths: a read-only AI is refused when it tries to delete a site, and an AI allowed one store gets “no such site” for the others. The approval screen is in Vietnamese by default, with English available.

Read onlyis the only thing ticked by default. Shop changes, updates, security and destructive actions are separate groups you must allow.

Connect Claude with one command and sign in by email link. Each site also has an access level, read only, read and edit, or full, that applies to you, your AI and automatic jobs alike. Built on open standards (MCP).

Everything included in the beta
