For SEO & marketing agencies · closed beta

Publish to every client site from one AI conversation.ChatGPT or Claude. Only where each client allows it.

Your team already writes with AI. Vibery Sites lets that same conversation put the posts on your clients' WordPress sites, with the SEO fields filled in, saved as drafts for review or scheduled for later. And it keeps the whole fleet updated, scanned and up.

Closed beta, invite only. Connect as many client sites as you like; host up to 3 with us during the beta.

Content at scale

Stop copy-pasting into 30 wp-admins.

Writing is the fast part now. Getting it onto every client site, correctly, is where the hours go.

What your team can ask, in one conversationWrite a 900-word guide on choosing a family dentist for each of my three dental clients, in each clinic's tone. Fill in the Rank Math focus keyword, SEO title and description. Save them as drafts and send me the preview links.
Our writers live in ChatGPT. Then someone spends the afternoon pasting into each client's WordPress.Publishing

The conversation that writes the post also publishes it.

Ask for a post per client, a refresh of last year's articles, or a new landing page. Categories and tags included.

ChatGPT or ClaudeConnect the AI your team already uses, once. From then on one conversation can create and update posts and pages across all the client sites you allow.

The AI works site by site, and every action names the site it touches. Built on open standards (MCP), so you are not tied to one AI vendor.

I'm not letting an AI loose on a client's live site.Per-client permissions

Each client site only allows what you allow.

So a look-but-don't-touch client stays read only, and the clients on a content retainer get full. Only the site owner or an admin can change a level, and every change is recorded.

Read onlyis all an AI gets by default. Content, shop, updates, security and destructive actions are separate groups you tick on purpose. Sites you don't pick stay invisible to it.Tested on the real connection paths: a read-only AI is refused when it tries to delete a site, and an AI allowed one site gets “no such site” for the others.

On top of that, each site has an access level: read only, read and edit (touch up existing content, no new posts, no deletes), or full. It applies to you, your AI and automatic jobs alike.

The SEO fields are half the job, and nobody remembers to fill them in.SEO

Rank Math fields filled in with the post.

Rank MathFocus keyword, SEO title, meta description, canonical, robots, and social title and image where the plugin supports it.

Needs Rank Math and our free Vibery Connect plugin on the site (one click on sites we host). Yoast is not supported today. In the editor you can set the SEO title, description and social image on any site.

AI content still needs a human pass before it goes live on a client's site.Review

Drafts for review, preview links, and a time to publish.

When a client asks for one change, the AI can edit a single paragraph, button or heading and leave the rest of the post exactly as it was.

Ask the AI to save posts as drafts and send you preview links. Give each post its own publish date and time. Writers on your team can draft without being able to publish.

Every edit keeps a revision you can compare side by side and restore in one click.

Every time someone edits an Elementor page outside Elementor, the layout breaks.Page builders

Page-builder layouts are never touched.

Pages built with Elementor, Divi, WPBakery and other builders keep their layout. You can still edit the title, link, SEO and status.

Block-editor and classic posts open and save without losing a single block of formatting.

The client rebranded. Now 200 posts mention the old name.Bulk edits

Find and replace across a whole site, with a preview.

See every change before it happens, undo it all in one click. Posts someone edited in the meantime are left alone.

Change status, categories or author on many posts at once, the same way.

How images work: your AI uploads image files to the client's media library. It does not pull images from a link or generate them for you. Publishing to many sites happens one site at a time inside the same conversation, and scheduling is set per post.

Fleet care

Look after every client site from one screen.

The maintenance retainer, without six logins every Monday morning.

Six clients means six logins before I've done any real work. One table

Every client site's health, in one table.

Updates waiting, vulnerabilities, last backup, last scan, uptime. Every badge opens a side panel with the fix.

Select sites, then update or scan them together, with live progress and a stop button.

An update white-screened a client's site on a Friday night.Safe updates

Updates that check the site, and roll back on their own.

Auto rollbackHome page, key pages, checkout and admin are checked before and after every plugin or theme update. If it breaks, it is rolled back, orders untouched.

Turn on automatic updates per site: security fixes only, minor, or everything, inside a maintenance window, with a summary after each run. Sites not set to full access are skipped.

The client calls to say the site is down before we know.Uptime

Know first, and show the client the month.

Round-the-clock checks, alerts by email or Telegram when a site goes down and when it is back, and a monthly report you can share with the client.

One monitoring region and one operator for now, and no formal uptime commitment yet.

A client got hacked through a plugin nobody had updated in a year.Security

Malware and vulnerable plugins, caught across the fleet.

30 daysto undo a quarantine if a file turns out to be fine.

File and database scans with alerts on anything new, one alert per new plugin vulnerability with the fixed version one click away, IP blocking with trusted threat lists, login protection and two-step sign-in for admins.

Team and clients

Everyone sees only what they should.

Freelance writers have admin on client sites because it was easier than setting up roles.Team roles

Give each person only the sites and actions they need.

Invite by email, group sites per client, let writers draft without publishing, and let a client see just their own sites. Each member shows when they were last active.

One sign-in works across several workspaces. Invite links open a simple join page and only take effect when clicked.

New clients

Launch the next client site before the kickoff call ends.

Every new client costs us a weekend of setup before the real work starts.Templates

Turn your best site into a template. Deploy copies by name.

About 30 sfrom “deploy” to a live HTTPS site.

A template carries the whole site: theme, plugins, content. Browse the gallery or make your own from any site you host.

Clients ask where their site lives and whether they can leave.Hosting, no lock-in

Host with us, or keep the client's host. Leave any time.

Point the client's domain at a hosted site and the certificate is issued automatically. Export any hosted site as a portable bundle and restore it anywhere.

Already hosted elsewhere? Connect with a WordPress application password, no hosting or database credentials, revocable from wp-admin. Hosted sites get backups on our side, restore to any past backup, and run on their own private network.

Bring two or three client sites to the beta.

Closed beta, invite only, small batches. No self-service signup or paid plans yet. Up to 3 hosted sites per account and as many connected sites as you like. One region, one operator, and we say so up front.
